The Enterprise Professional Services Consultant works closely with Customer Enablement Manager focused on our enterprise clients to implement and optimize Goformz as a solution. This role requires a deep understanding of client objectives, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects through a full lifecycle. The consultant acts as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams to tackle any technical hurdles that may arise during the project delivery and implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Needs Assessment
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, acting as a primary point of contact for project delivery and support.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to identify client objectives, pain points, and expectations.
- Develop and communicate implementation plans, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Solution Implementation
- Lead the build, deployment of our solutions and collaborate with our internal technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Configure, test, and customize products to meet client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot issues during implementation, leveraging GoFormz best practices to optimize system performance.
- Manage multiple, concurrent projects with enterprise clients, ensuring scope, timelines
- Coordinate with internal resources, including sales, product, and support teams, to meet project milestones.
- Prepare detailed project documentation and status reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
Training and Enablement
- Develop and deliver training sessions, to ensure client teams are proficient in using the solutions provided.
- Act as a client advocate within the organization, voicing client needs and feedback to improve product and service offerings.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to evaluate the performance of the implemented solutions, ensuring continuous alignment with evolving client goals.
- Identify and recommend additional services, features, or upgrades that could benefit the client, working closely with the sales team on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct periodic reviews of client environments to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
Experience Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, and implementing software as a service (SaaS)
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple enterprise client projects concurrently through the full lifecycle.
- Structuring and integrating to SQL Server environments from scratch
- Salesforce experience, specifically integrating, mapping and automating processes
- Deep understanding of enterprise-level cloud solutions, software applications, and custom API integrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in relevant fields or technologies (PMP, SQL, etc)
- Solution optimization and upselling experience
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in creating and managing detailed project documentation.
- Experience customizing Dynamics365, Procore, Smartsheet and Acumatica
- Experience working in a startup environment
